Christmas Party 2024

It’s almost that time of year again! Whatever rallies, social sips, events, and meetings you’ve attended, this is the one that brings us all together to celebrate the year we’ve enjoyed and bring on another summer of riding.

‍

Things to know about the Christmas Party this year:

‍

• We’re headed to MERRIWA this year. School of Arts Hall, 15 Bow St.

‍

• From 6pm on Saturday 7th December.

‍

• $20 per person prepayment is required, which will be completely reimbursed on attendance. This is for the benefit of members and their partners. $35pp for extra guests.

‍

• RSVP by Wednesday 27th November to Alison by email treasurer@bmwtcnsw.org.au

‍

• Catered, as per normal. The venue has plates & cutlery, so we won’t be relying on single-use utensils etc again. 

‍

• All recyclable bottles will be collected and taken to Return & Earn to raise funds for the RFDS.

‍

• Bring some cash for the raffles.

‍

• BYO alcohol.

‍

• Secret Santa is on again. $15 budget.

‍

• Santa will make an appearance again.

‍

• Merriwa Caravan Park only has camping sites, no cabins. $30 per night (powered) or $20 per night unpowered. Bookings are essential. Call Nat 0418668402.

‍

• Royal Hotel. 152 Bettington St. They have 9 queen bed rooms at $110/n each.02 6548 2235. Bookings essential.

• Free camping behind the RSL. 120-126 Bettington St, Merriwa NSW 2329.

• We’re going to try and bring the projector & screen. Please email Justin any photos from 2024 you’d like to share on the slideshow, at secretary@bmwtcnsw.org.au
